I would say it is terrible yo worl with NSB . if you are working with NSB there is no security of your job also you will not get your salary until you will not request. I had resigned a year back I still did not get my salary . Even you will be not getting documents .

Worst company I have ever worked with in my professional career. Good for nothing management. Mission and Vision of the organization is employee victimization and harassment. Does not pay salary on time. In the name of salary they just provide you some kind of chillar. False commitments are made at the time of payout day. So called operations managers, Assistant Managers, HR head and VPs are frauds and cheats. Most probably the HR Monika vaish, mastermind of everything. I was the HR there and completed the hiring of Unacedemy process. They do not have any system for the manpower controlling and when batches were over welmed they asked joiners to kindly leave the organisation. They do not employee respectfully, they do not pay us the salary on time almost they hold salary upto 2 months, they do not have proper seating arrangement for the candidates, This so called company have nothing to with people....Read More
