well it's been a great journey i had here and no doubt still the joy and calm is on which still make myself feel touched with this organisation and the people works here, But I'm upset with salary distributions and the bad behavior of higher management.I desire for a grow and i feel somewhere suppressed when it comes to the salary point of view.It's not easy to move but I really need a pie-growth.

Well.......There is nothing to include about the values!! But ,if there is a concern than i would like to share a feedback regarding food or the canteen decorum which should have some improvisations in it.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
