There is a bond period. Breaking that would cost you fortune which is the whole salaries you have got from joining to resignation and multiply that with 1.5 times, this amount to be paid if you leave before the bond period. Less than minimum employees, one employee have to take charge of 3-4projects. Huge biasness in appraisals. Some employees get 2 appraisals in 1st year.. where a</mark>s some get 1st appraisals after 1.5 years of joining. However all employees are joining at same level. No work life balance. No fixed working hours, most of the day you have to work for more than 10 hours. No fixed work type. You have to handle company accounts while you are a chemical engineer. Manage the office like cleaning etc. Basically you have to do max. no. and different type of works (which is not your domain) with minimum salary....Read More
