Likes

editing style, flexible working hours, working from home, average salary are the major benefits I have liked about this company so far.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

They don’t take responsibilities of the employees when critical situations come from their end. They switched clients abruptly without giving any prior information, which caused a delay in my work flow. Although the action was from their side they didn’t pay any compensation for that time being. And they would sometimes not pay for making demo videos for other clients.
