There is not much to appreciate about this company. They make plenty of promises but they rarely deliver. Only HR is helpful.

Dislikes

1. No Job Security at all, they can fire you at any time without giving you Notice. 2. Salary not on time. it is getting delay by more than one month. 3. No Health Insurance 4. Office is not good, they office in 1 BHK with only one AC. 5. They will not disclose Everything before you joi n. 6. Expectation from New Employee is too high. 7. Without proper KT they will assign you Task from day one and expect to finish as per their wish. 8. They have Leave Sandwich policy. if you take leave on Friday/Monday then Saturday and Sunday will also considered as Leave. 9. Forcing Employee to work from their other office which is not in Pune. 10. Freshers having bond. 11. They will tell you that they have onsite opportunities but they don't...Read More
