I hate nlb services,i worked 2 years with nlb and without any reason they ask me to left ,1they don't have any reason to ask me for left , nlb giving me 30k of sal per month and now they want to hire new IT engineer in less budget that's why they forced me to resign..

They will be sweet at initial stages only. I was working as contractual person to one IT company. They are just employed to their clients. They have got no responsibility towards us. They can fire you in 1 day without any notice. No fixed salary date. They don’t communicate among each other and lack professionalism. Worst experience. Never join such companies even if u don’t have any job at time.

There are many things Company is nice but people have made this place very toxic ,Specially managers and associate manager, They treat there employees as there puppet Even they threaten employee to not to talk the people they don't like or else they will terminate you People here are biased, you can only servive here if you'll dothe things as per them , like give other personal life details or gossips, complaint about other employees and politics. Higher level is still professional and systematic but Manager, TL and AM levels are pathetic They don't have guts to deal and compete with other, They do politics and destroy there recruiter life's because they only have control on them . even they layoff the candidate without reason. The management (Owners) are amazing - They will listen to you no matter what & you will always be treated as a family. They will treat you as a human before an employee & that's the most amazing part of NLB Services despite of no appraisals from past 3 years. Its been 6 years & still counting.

NLB services is all about favouritism, relations and politics, I have worked 6 months initially everything was fine, but coz I was not profitable to my manager, he planned to fire me with HR teams and without any notice, PIP, didn’t ask me to serve the notice period. They asked me to resignation end of the day.

They want robots in thier office, no activity from HR, political environment.
