Only hyped company in the Market, no appraisal at all. Always high demand from employee but no rewards. You are not going to learn anything here. Work culture is worst here. You have to listen direct No at the time of appraisal and they can anytime ask you to resign.

They will be sweet at initial stages only. I was working as contractual person to one IT company. They are just employed to their clients. They have got no responsibility towards us. They can fire you in 1 day without any notice. No fixed salary date. They don’t communicate among each other and lack professionalism. Worst experience. Never join such companies even if u don’t have any job at time.

The management (Owners) are amazing - They will listen to you no matter what & you will always be treated as a family. They will treat you as a human before an employee & that's the most amazing part of NLB Services despite of no appraisals from past 3 years. Its been 6 years & still counting.
