The company has a good structure, infra, team, and few benefits.

Dislikes

Managers and above do not really care about problems/issues faced by the recruiters. Puts them under pressure for no reason. Management needs to understand that not always "Only Numbers" matters, it is not essential every time. Please learn to respect those who are not doing well but stand by them, not just give them targets to complete or fire them. Sit and talk, understand the issues, find solutions, then move ahead. My advice- Please understand this issue before NLB becomes another Toxic workplace, just like many others in the market....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
