One thing i don't like about NLB is the lack of flexible work options. There's no work from home, it's not even hybrid model, you've to come to the office everyday, and i believe this is an area where NLB could improve.

NLB services is all about favouritism, relations and politics, I have worked 6 months initially everything was fine, but coz I was not profitable to my manager, he planned to fire me with HR teams and without any notice, PIP, didn’t ask me to serve the notice period.
