It's a good company to start with, It has the excellent advantage of joining here as fresher, as they train fresher for a new tech stack rigorously, also they mentor them in a very neat way. The company has a great vision for coming years, definitely a recommended one.

Dislikes

Increments should be more, as it has a very good client base.

Work Details

I have worked here on 2 projects, one had a very late working style and one had a very relaxed work style.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

As a fresher i joined, so it was good experience

Dislikes

If employee facing any issue regarding manager or else, HR will not take care till you resign, after that they will come to you and ask the problems and will give false promises.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
