Worst company culture. So called manager Gaurav was cheap in his behavior. Third quality in his working style. Rude and egoistic. Does not deserve as even junior employee. Rubbish, Saxena bastered. By far the best company i would say. Never rethink if you are offered a role here. havnet seen a better work life balance. several events are hosted time to time. it is a hierarchy less organisation so everybody is very friendly

The work culture over there is good compare to the other local or mnc's

Dislikes

What I dislike is the behaviour of HR department towards their employees is very bad they are not supportive at all in terms of promotions and in terms of employees mental health. And also they are not supporting at all on their own HR policies they alter the policies according to their benefit even employee would try to proof that policy to them but they never accept that.
