The work life balance is good as the pressure is usually low.
The job security is also good.
They are many leaves which one can avail here which most other organisations does not provide.

Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good
Dislikes
Salary - Management is very poor. They make sure we are paid the lowest and our salary doesn't increase at all. Also, the HR department does not even pay any heed to our referrals because if they take our referrals, they would have to pay us.
Growth - Also, there is no growth in this organization as the department I am working has no specific heiarchy set.

Incentive - They also do not have any incentive system in place where one would get rewarded if they have outperformed others....Read More

No growth, just false promises. People at leadership roles should show more spine. Same type of work and compensation is lowest compared to market.
