The culture is really great where our opinions matter. For client facing roles the exposure is really great as you get to interact with Senior Leaders/CXOs from the FMCG industry.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Data Science work is very limited and you hardly get projects where core state of the art technologies can be used. Increment & Promotion cycle is just once a year and it can be a disadvantage for many. HR team doesn’t interact or reply to the employees! HRBPs during appraisals work in a terrible manner and are not at all agile!!
