There is no job security. It's Hire and fire policy . They are asking employees to leave within 2 months from date of joining. No ethical. So many people gave lost their jobs no increment in last 3 years. Poor management

One of the worst company in operations sector . The EU-RD operations team is a worst and toxic place to work. If you are placed in this team on your first day, resigning might be a better option because the toxic management can ruin your career. In particular, the OPS Manager (Michael Rodney Fernando) does not give promotions or salary hikes to the right people. Instead, he surrounds himself with a group of yes-man, who is worst creature ever such worst fellow. Additionally, the EU-RD managers lack knowledge of processes but still demand KPI maintenance. One good thing is EU - RD especially this guy Michael fernando Rodney team has been continuously dropping paper and because of this guy the company attrition rate is increasing. Too much of Politics Outsourced people(TCS) employed as FTE in NIQ has totally destroyed harmony and peace in Chennai hub No recognition for talented ones No appreciation for hard work Credit stealing Dominating for no reason and framing others negatively HR and Managers don't even show any consideration or concern.
