No work life balance, worst among all the companies I have worked. There are calls at 10 pm or 12 pm IST even though you work in general shift. No time left for yourself or family. Very high work pressure, they hire 1 engineer if there is requirement for 4.

You would put into PIP and then forced to resign. Arrogant managers would make your life hell Join only if you don't love yourself.

Overall Exp: I had deeply disappointing exp with this company. They exhibit a lack of moral values and frequently lay off employees without just cause. Developers are consistently placed under undue pressure, contributing to a toxic work environment. Work Culture: Work culture is poor, with employees being forced into posting positive reviews on social media. There is basic lack of respect for employees' well being and professional development. Management practice: When I was asked to resign, the company refused to honor the notice period pay, despite my willingness to serve the full notice period. When I referenced Indian labor laws, both the manager and HR shamelessly suggested I file a case against the company. I had to escalate the issue to India HR head to fight for my rightful notice pay. Advice to current Employees: If you are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan(PIP), do not waste time trying to improve within this scripted program. Instead, start preparing for your next job. Ensure you do not resign voluntarily, even if pressured to do so. Seel legal advice, as the company will do everything possible to avoid paying notice pay. Management is poor, exerting excessive pressure on employees and offering no support. Despite promises, salary hikes are not given. Many employees are put on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) right when bonuses are due, causing them to lose their bonuses and rendering their year-long efforts futile. No career growth, No promotion or salary hikes are not at all regular.. they keep you happy with small gifts- tshirt , bottles etc.. in between. Tax saving options are not good.
