It's a NICE company but its culture is changing since last year or so. Its yet to be seen how this culture will affect productivity of the staff overall. Training opportunities at all levels.

Too much branding. It's in your face. Some section of senior leadership is completely uninspiring. Management is not given time to be product savvy as its overburdened by KPIs.

There is so many politics in NICE if u don't hv reference then don't join this company. There is no job security managers are treating like they are running the company. It was my mistake I joined that company despite having few good offers from other MNC. Even manager don't know anything about technical but he survived bcz of reference and surprisingly earnings double money without having that caliberaty. Work is less but only politics.they will take yr performance money during performance bonus time and appraisal. So think 100 times before joining this horrible company....Read More
