Management is very good . They offer good salary for freshers .Work life balance is good . Free to take leaves and managers don't pressurize to not to take leaves. Big events organize by company 3-4 times a year to have fun with all newgen family.

Dislikes

Most developers hire by company is on Onsite with some bank, insurance, government, private company . Which I feel very bad for developers as there is no enough space in Newgen office that they can fill there employees.

They use outdated tech stack. There is a 3 month notice period. Very poor management. HR don't listen. Salary cuts without notice. Good oppurtunity to work at client locations and to undertand the challenges better. Team leaders, team members and managers will be supportive and are knowledgable. Comparatively better salary hikes and bonus.

Dislikes

Newly joined senior software engineers should make sure that they get good knowledge on the products and coding platform before getting placed at client locations as the work would be challenging.

There is no Work Life Balance, management must work on it. There is no compensation for working on weekends, you will actually stop counting how many weekends you have worked. During Covid situation there was no management planning.
