Yaar, Newgen Software ke baare mein suno, kaafi disappointing hai! Company ke naam se lagta hai kuch naya milega, lekin wahan ke reviews toh bilkul boring hai. Yeh waise bhi client site par hi kaam karti hai, aur kuch naya sikhne ka mauka bhi nahi deti. Work-life balance bhi kharab hai, Saturday ko bhi kaam karna padta hai, kabhi toh holidays pe bhi boss maangta hai extra kaam karne ko. Aur leadership bhi thik nahi hai, bas haar side se ghatiya experience hai!
