I don't like anything in this company.

Had very bad experience in this company. Before joining, many of my old colleagues warned me by saying bad about this company, but i joined because I had confidence in my job. I joined in. OUP team, The team lead(Uma) and manager(Asha) was very unprofessional, treating employees without respect and using colloquial language. The wayof speech is very unprofessional and i thought...i should not worry about people, and gave my best in work but that doesn't work. I raised this issue to hr but they are not supportive and they are very supportive to those heads as they are experienced in that company. When I asked to change my team, my TL was very rude towards me and used bad words ...so finally I asked Hr and vice president of this company(Subash) to change team, he insulted me through his harsh words. So I finally resigned but I didn't get my last month salary....so again I followed up with hr and finally they sent only half of the money from my salary. Now I joined a better company and having good time. I don't want anyone to suffer in that way...so I shared all my experience about this company....Read More

A company to understand technologies with wonderful sales team to support. Good company to start your career with as a marketing, sales or a COE expert. Great leaders, good top down communication channel, they (top management) hear you.

Dislikes

Okhla is a sad location. No amenities such as gym or latest cafeteria. Poor infrastructure doesn't provide any kind of encouragement to work.
