We cannot anything about likes , always we will have walking in the sword

Dislikes

There is no proper process , if you are trying to implement the new things , people will not listen and support. IT is very bad here to support the day to day operations . Operations HOD is not ready to support he is totally outdated , he will not listen and respect , if there is any issues he wil shout in front of your colleagues yo ur reputation will become zero . In this company only operations is working for 6 days per week .rest all working 5 days per week <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If u made any single Mistakes you will get a warning letter and salary deductions </mark>. There is no job security ,any time they will fire you ....Read More
