They don't value their employees. They don't have any program that can enhance employee's growth. They don't have good policies. They won't give you the appraisal. There is no chance for carrier growth, and in office, they don't value their Genius employees. So much politics there.

Good part to work with Netsmartz is the support from the colleagues. I was working on a new project and during scrum meetings, my lead and teammates are always very supportive and we were able to complete project one week before the deadline and we had a project success party as well :)

It's not for Netsmartz but for myself as I should be putting in more time to clear the certification and become a certified developer.
