Flexible Work from Home Policy- I joined Netsmartz in 2020. Entire recruitment and induction process was done online. I have been primarily working from home. There were few optional office meetings, some of which I attended as wanted to have a feel of the nice office. Work process is pretty well structured and organized. Not felt any pressure so far.

No proper career growth. BOND on joining(even for senior posts) with no or very minimum hike. During appraisal they offer two options, either take appraisal with one year BOND other wise no appraisal or negligible appraisal. Managers are rude and may force to sit late and work on weekend and usually call at the closing time with a serious bug which needs to be resolved same day anyhow. Politics on high level. Management always wants you to work more , not learn more because if you learn you may ask for high raise or leave the company. So, they will give you similar kind of work or project which will limit your technical growth. No documentation and even proper code structure and very bad code. In Short one may regret with in a month after joining this company and because of bond employee will feel like stuck and loosing precious time and peace of mind also....Read More

I have been working with Netsmartz for more than 5 years. One of the best working atmosphere and very good diversity. Best company to work in Chandigarh.

Dislikes

Management has already introduced policies like leave sharing, loan, legal helpline etc. Keep up exploring these options as they always make us feel happy.

In Netsmartz work culture is very bad, i left netsmartz in one year just because they don’t having trust on there own employees they track your systems and put wrong alligation on you. So there is no job security, no more projects because there is no sales team for dynamics project . Actually this company is very small size company.
