Friday will be fun Friday activities but only limited to general shift and morning shift people. Others will be busy with their work. Lunch and dinner are provided with no cost. Work culture is not healthy. Domination are more often observed in management and manager levels. TOO old people need to be replaced with new talent. These people don't understand the need of new technologies and their use. Sometimes new ideas are not allowed. People are not willing to work due to less increments. Partiality youcan see.
