This company is trying to build a product which is not up to the mark. Opsramp was a different journey, Resolution intelligence cloud product will fail when Chronicle comes up with new release.

only thing I like here is free food for the employees. But higher management is really nice and good. And also can learn technical stuff more.

Many things like Hikes, skill development, promotions, Internal politics, policies implements by mid-level and low level management. My advice is make sure to know the job duties at the time of interview and then join.

These people don't understand the need of new technologies and their use. Sometimes new ideas are not allowed. People are not willing to work due to less increments. Partiality youcan see. I enjoyed the collaborative environment at Netenrich and the chance to work with the tools like Oparamp service now. The projects like vpn Philips helped me enhance my technical skills and problem solving abilities, while management support allowed for personal growth
