This company is trying to build a product which is not up to the mark. Opsramp was a different journey, Resolution intelligence cloud product will fail when Chronicle comes up with new release.

only thing I like here is free food for the employees. But higher management is really nice and good. And also can learn technical stuff more.

Many things like Hikes, skill development, promotions, Internal politics, policies implements by mid-level and low level management. My advice is make sure to know the job duties at the time of interview and then join.

I enjoyed the collaborative environment at Netenrich and the chance to work with the tools like Oparamp service now. The projects like vpn Philips helped me enhance my technical skills and problem solving abilities, while management support allowed for personal growth

What ever you do, you'll not be fired. Yes, the management will never firget what you did but they won't say it on your face. Also, many of the people who had major escalations are in good positions in the same company now.

1. Micro Micro Micro management. 2. You have to be a managers pet in office or should have personal relation with him out of office to grow (Package and Designation) 3. 95% of the Client won't escalate on any misses etc but your manager or his/her close people portray as if the client has escalated and will put pressure on you. 4. Internal Job Postings are never there. Once was introduced and was removed almost immediately as everyone did not want to work under their manager and wanted a movement. 5. No Work life balance.
