Good work environment All team members are qualified and supportive. Lot of things to learning. Main office building is huge with lot of facilities with modern and creative building design. Excellent work experience Due to international projects and working with forgnier companies.

Dislikes

This company is very good for employees is they are permanent otherwise daily wages and contract bases employees have many issues and don't have any job security.

I learnt lot of things and skills on the job. I started my job with out any training session so it was difficult in the starting but now i have doing different riles within the same team.

The job security portion is the most disheartening factor about this company. For an organization of this caliber, job security of it's employees should have been it's main priority but it isn't.

I get to travel many countries like qatar "Saudi Arabia "Afghanistan "but it depends on your project and clients location .we work happy and I like employees policy.

Some the pressure of work at site is so high and some time I work 16 to 16 hours .in Saudi Arabia almost the construction work well be at nigh time because at day time the temporature is more high.
