The only likes in this company is environment and work life balance. Also no restrictions for dress code, if you had personal work and you have to go office, no need to iron formals and wear you can wear jeans and casual shirt.

Company has changed lot. Changes in the sense doesn't mean company improved aga went very good to worse in every year. If you applying for AR caller then you good to go, if you apply for team leader or other posting hardly you will be working for 6 months. Once management changed everything has been changed. Coming to appraisal evenif you put your hardwork and after one year you will be sitting in second category. In current appraisal very least employees reached A+ slap even if you have 4.60 plus rating for one year based on your scores, but some useless calculation your appraisal rating 4.10 to 4.20. I love the process SCP which is such a safe process. Down to earth people Manager Srinivas sampath and General manager Deva and Assistant manager Sanjai Kumar I worked in this SCP process around 3.5 years

Over the period of 4 years and 5 months I have been working in AGS health care Before Pandemic AGS health care was best company for women Later after pandemics ags health care became unsafe for women because of these crime people BSW process MANAGER RAJAGOPAL VADUGANADHAN and Supervisor Karthick from BSW and HR Annie These people unfit to be in those position I faced harresment from these people Being a women Annie who help these mens to do harrasament for women in Ags health Since these people are in some good position and I am a poor girl who do know how to get justice. Indian Goverment law says these kind of wicked should be punished but in reality people this in corporate company take advantage of poor employers situation and ruin our life Though I complained about these incident to our Ags CEO and few directors there is no any action taken since these people are in some position. Worst experience in Ags health care. No safety for women especially lot of women harrasment is easily allowed....Read More

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
