Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive ( like yours site management staff) and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary . Company MD behaviour is very good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues and cheat with yours organisation in pune site.
