No risk in job security, if u work good. Big space for learning. Management is average, work culture is nice. No big benifits for employees.

Necco tools is a manufacturing tool company.Company is good in all the aspects but the salary is less.And in that company we can learn from child parts to assembling the materials and upto the finished parts.For me teammate are the perfect one.All will work with a rapid move with less t ension and its a positive mood for the surrounding ones because the company environment will be dusky because of the manufacturing so we must make us cool and fresh mind to work...Read More

Dislikes

After finishing our target in production they will push to make a new target also which will lead to damages and rejection because of the concentration loss.so the timing allocated for us is good and the increment per year is not good and making the increment delay.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
