On one end higher management regularly takes on-site trips meanwhile other people are offered peanuts in terms of appraisal and increments. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
