Worst Company that I have seen, I was interviewed by them and selected for second round, again selected for third round with International Client, interview is end up with confirmation from client side that will meet again in the standup calls and it was ended up with pleasure. Finally HR from company called me and appreciate for that and he like snake asked every questions the onsite interview asks. Also told me that please hold on the offer I got previously for 2 days, I did the same and when reached him back he was saying that I am not selected. He help other candidates with same questions. Almost no salary hikes With the hikes you can't even buy yourself a KG of peanuts. This is the level of hikes they provide. Only the higher management gets all the hikes. The juniors are ignored even if they have done enough to satisfy the KRA and gone beyond their KRA. The offer letter only mentions 9-5 it's actually 9-9.
