It a good company if someone wants to work. It was previously NCR corporation then separated to NCR Voyix and NCR Atleos. Now NCR Voyix being transferred to other entity called Candescent.

Manager does not have technical knowledge. Software Architect has its own personal favorites. Manager is biased towards old employees. There is no good opportunities to explore. Agile methodologies are not followed properly. Even coding standards are not being followed. They don't have good features to work on. Most importantly, there is no work life balance. Manager will call you at 11 pm and ask you to work on priority tasks and he will not even appreciate you for the efforts. Overall if you need money then work here....Read More

There are less teams in which you will get to learn a lot , if you are someone who loves to learn and get new skills then maybe not suitable for you . More micro management No value for your work you do. Promotions only for people having higher referral. Eg: working from 2yrs your not eligible for promotion but higher referral person working from 1yr will get promotion. No ethics and values for the people. Mainly in QA

There is layoff in NCR voyix, they have not let me completed my probation period and there is no job security. I request not to join this company. my manager knew about my layoff one month ago and he didn't let me know. Hello let know me from a formal invite and let all my colleagues to do WFH for whole week and he allow only me todo WFO. This is the worst organisation that I have been associated for. I regret my decision not to join TCS. I am hope less and speech less why this company has done this to me I did not take that much of salary that the senior level person takes. If they have to do the cost cutting they will reduce the number of senior level person. Please please don't join the company else you will be in anixety all the time. I work there as a developer in PS Retail. Tech stack is relatively old, but they are starting to use React applications which is a step in the right direction.

Very less benifits for employees. Freshers need a lot dedication and patience to understand the complexities in the architecture.

I have worked at NCR Voyix, and my experience was far from positive. Here’s an honest take on some of the significant issues I faced during my time with the company: No Job Security Employees are constantly on edge, unsure about their future. Layoffs happen frequently without clear communication or justification. Too Much Politics Office politics dominate the work environment, making it challenging to focus on delivering quality work. Favoritism Certain employees are blatantly favored, creating an unfair and demotivating atmosphere for others. Manipulative Management Managers come across as polite and supportive, but their actions reveal otherwise. They often mislead employees, making them feel like they’re being set up for failure. No Career Growth There’s little to no focus on employee development. Opportunities for advancement are scarce, leaving many stuck in stagnant roles. Toxic Senior Management Senior leaders like Sunil Srivastava, Ashish Gora, Manish Kumar, and Nikhil Nitesh are heavily involved in layoffs, often pressuring other managers to terminate employees without valid reasons. Unstable Leadership The management team changes every six months, leading to a lack of consistency in direction and decision-making. Selling Core Business Selling the digital business banking division for $2.45 billion was a questionable decision. It raises concerns about the company's long-term vision and sustainability. Low Stock Value The stock price consistently remains below ₹10, which is concerning compared to other divisions like NCR Atleos. Ineffective HR The HR team is unapproachable and unhelpful. They seem more focused on internal politics rather than addressing employee concerns. Final Thoughts The company is struggling with poor leadership, a lack of vision, and a toxic work environment.
