The CEO dictates everything, and if you don't comply with his opinions or instructions, your're immediately seen as a "bad" employee. Promotions and benefits are entirely based on how closely you follow the CEO's orders, with no consideration for you actual work performance or contributions. Questioning or disagreeing? Be prepared to face termination. 2. Exhausting 9-to-9 Work Culture: A typical workday here runs from 9 AM to 9 PM, with no exceptions<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you don't put in these extended hours, your job security is threatened</mark>. The constant pressure to work beyond regular hors is draining and unsuitable. 3. Lack of Structure - No Management, No Hierarchy: The organization functions without any proper management structure. There's no middle management, and every employee reports directly to the CEO.
