Good colleagues but all left within months of each other. Hence no pros.

Long working hours, high attrition and firing rate, whimsical founder and policies, always late salary, non-sense working rules like sending mail everyday to founder of what was done throughout the day which he doesn't even read. Late payslip uploads, late EPF contribution. And micromanagement by founder

Like! What a joke. They will give you to sign 45 to 56 page of contract in the name of company policies and once you signed that pages your journey to hell will begin.

.... Hybrid culture is pathetic here, probhition period not fixed, after serving 2.5 month notice period you to wait 45 days for full n final, your salary will deducted a lot in the name of company policies.

...s and Toxic. There is no goal of the company and it works as a headless chicken. Every day goal is getting changed and if the same is not followed the CEO will deduct salary and also fire at the same moment. Worst startups.

salary - will give what you asked (But will cut pay time to time ) 5 days working - mostly weekend working Hybrid - pathetic hybrid culture, its better to work completely in office and leave laptop in office in evening and started laptop in morning again. benefits is just a hoax, this company don't even deserve single star.

... leave MD will definitely make sure you don't forget you still a slave of nayan. company will make your life hell during your notice period, at the time of full and final settlement they will cut your 40-50% of salary in the name of company jeera policy and your poor performance. IMPORTANT- when you resign they will hold your current month salary + next 2.5 month salary that they will give after 45 days of your last working day i.e, for 5 month you don't get any pay from this company.
