1. No Performance Evaluation - Pure Dictatorship: There's no clear performance check in this company. The CEO dictates everything, and if you don't comply with his opinions or instructions, your're immediately seen as a "bad" employee. Promotions and benefits are entirely based on how closely you follow the CEO's orders, with no consideration for you actual work performance or contributions. Questioning or disagreeing? Be prepared to face termination. 2. Exhausting 9-to-9 Work Culture: A typical workday here runs from 9 AM to 9 PM, with no exceptions. If you don't put in these extended hours, your job security is threatened. The constant pressure to work beyond regular hors is draining and unsuitable. 3. Lack of Structure - No Management, No Hierarchy: The organization functions without any proper management structure. There's no middle management, and every employee reports directly to the CEO. It feels like working at a chaotic, unorganized shop ("Lala's Dukan") rather than a professional company. 4. No Work-Life Balance - Forget About Holidays: Weekends and holidays doesn't exist here. Good colleagues but all left within months of each other. Hence no pros.

Long working hours, high attrition and firing rate, whimsical founder and policies, always late salary, non-sense working rules like sending mail everyday to founder of what was done throughout the day which he doesn't even read. Late payslip uploads, late EPF contribution. And micromanagement by founder

One of the worst companies and PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. CEO is like a headless chicken and he keeps on changing goal and product of the company. He thinks that he has completed his Ph.D. and no one can think more than him but the reality is that he neither know his targeted customer nor he can define goal of the company nor he can take a justified decision. Whenever he fails on his idea, he fires an employee and put the blame on him. On lieu of this blame, he cut all the salaries. PLEASE DONT JOIN ! PLEASE DONT JOIN! They will make your life hell, HR is just a puppet to humiliates in the name of COMPANY POLICY. Nayan will definitely pay you more than you asked, but believe me if someone else pay lesser than this hell than please please please go for it but don't join this company. MD made fake promises to client and than spoiled the nights of employees to achieve that. Hybrid culture is pathetic here, probhition period not fixed, after serving 2.5 month notice period you to wait 45 days for full n final, your salary will deducted a lot in the name of company policies....Read More

Micro management by the CEO and the environment is full of Politics and Toxic. There is no goal of the company and it works as a headless chicken. Every day goal is getting changed and if the same is not followed the CEO will deduct salary and also fire at the same moment. Worst startups.
