NAV has provided me with an excellent experience. The office's infrastructure is excellent and includes facilities such as a gym, playgrounds, cafeteria, and an overall positive atmosphere. Plus, there is a good work-life balance, perks, and pay is up to the mark.

Been here for three years and so far my journey has been wonderful. The work culture is open, stress-free, and transparent with fair incentives and appraisals given. We also get additional comp-offs on non-working days and cab facilities which is a huge relief.
