Amazing company with a big campus and friendly colleagues. Our HR and management are excellent and really care about work-life balance. They even organize wellness sessions like yoga, meditation and free health check-ups for employees.

The worst experience I had NAV, according to NAV the manager has power to terminate and without any evidence. In my case a was ready to extend the deadline because it's a learning phase for me but my manager is not satisfied and start bully me and make a laugh on me with my colleagues, AVP or VP and Even AVP or VP also enjoy so we can easily get an idea who the company it is, then I decide to connect with HR and tell how Manager treating me, then the Manger start collecting the proof for PIP and AVP also included and then the pressure me to resign other wise they terminate and I request to everyone one Manager, AVP and VP but no one is listening me and disheartening I resigned with I 2 weeks And the day I have joined I saw 18 employee resign in same department within a six month because of the same incident with me The culture is too bad.
