Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, and the offer process.
- Create an extensive candidate pipeline using multiple sourcing channels.
- Develop ways for finding, engaging, and hiring outstanding talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their hiring requirements and proactively transform it into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Maintain data integrity and report on recruiting metrics as appropriate.
Ideal Candidate:.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a volume hiring environment.
- Experience working on both tech and non-tech roles.
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, and sourcing to interviewing and closing.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
