This is the most avoidable workplace you should work for. The company is in shrinking phase so it is just like to travel in a boat with hole. From basic facilities to career growth and employee benefits are hugely mis managed and overrated. The never ending politics in middle and higher level of the organization is way more than pathetic. Corruption in hiring and promotion is another realistic picture of RBS. Severe level of politics, no HR department to help you. Manager is your godfather and deal breaker too. Hike is decided by manager and he will distribute it like a chicken so the good piece will go to his favorite candidate. Zero perks no food, no cab even in night, no shift allowance..
