Stuck in my current company
Hi all , I've been working as a customer service & operations analyst in my current company for the past 2.5 years. 1 year of experience in handling non-voice customer queries and 1.5 years of experience in retail lending operations. The nature of my work is repetitive in nature and I don't see any exponential growth in my current role. Please suggest career paths or roles within the financial services industry where work is not repetitive in nature/monotonous, which pays well.
