The one aspect I find less satisfactory is the salary structure. I left it finally, and that's the best part about it.

Worked in webchat, worst department, most of the joiner leave in 6-10 months. Most batches of new joinees are of 7-12 people. After one year out of every batch only 2-3 retain. This is how it works in webchat. For freshers take 1 year experience from here and just leave after that Or ruin your life in the toxic environment and abusive managers hungry for performance without putting any effort for it with the team. I have left the company but many of my friends are still working there. They have been provided with laptops or desktops ad per employee choice with internet service. Also when companies are not paying salary they have given yearly increment as well to all level employees. That's really supportive of organization to their employees.

Dislikes

No work life balance especially for webchat department. No incentives in customer service even
