Its been over 3 years with NatWest Group, Its indeed a GPTW (Great place to work) in terms of Job security, working culture, policies etc. What I appreciate is this Bank focuses completely on customer welfare, everything is done by putting customer forward. In addition, it also has well laid green energy and environmental programs which makes them full-filling CSRs.

I support financial crime unit within NatWest Group under Anti money laundering section as a senior analyst. Our main job is to identify any potential PEP (politically exposed person) which might in turn be involved in Money Laundering activity.

Compensation benefits are nill. Irrelevant policies exist in the bank hindering the increment aspect associated with promotion like no increment if you get promoted in the 1st quarter.

I got a good exposure about banking industry. I had a multiple work in my tenure with RBS. only those people will grow into the next level who do cheery picking the assign task. No growth for honest people who work honestly.
