One of the best organisation i have worked with. Managers and higher leadership is very good. Worklife balance in the organisation is excellent and you get good amount of leaves to enjoy with your family. I want a re entry in this organisation this is all i can say.
The only one thing which should be corrected is providing both way cabs to employees during return to office days. Apart form this i dont have anything to say.
Work policy: 8 working days in a month. Starting from the starting of the month
Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
Work related travel: This is a desk job.
