They usually don't ask you to work overtime. You have enough leaves for a year.

Dislikes

They have the most egoistic and skill less managers. Your hard work and opinions would not matter unless and until you play according to the system of not suggesting alternatives when you know things could be better that way. They expect you to be brainless machines that do exactly what is asked to be done. You ask a question about something that you feel doesn't make sense to one of the superiors in the most respectful ways and suddenly you become the troublesome employee. If you are fine with just doing what you're asked to and are not inquisitive in nature, you could do fine here. If you are someone who tries to find better ways of getting things done or a person who requires to have 100 percentage clarity behind the purpose of your work, then NatWest is a big no.
