Dislikes
-> Lack of opportunity of advancement, low bonus.
-> NatWest technology India is a company with strong culture of Hierarchy, which can be seen in the way teams are structured and managed. This leads to a sense of distance between managers and employees and makes it difficult for employees to feel comfortable speaking up or sharing their ideas.
-> There have been reports of racist treatment from managers of southern India towards their collogues from northern India, particularly in technology teams based in Bangalore and Chennai. This creates hostile work environment.
-> While HR claims to be committed to gender equality and providing opportunities for employees to speak up, whistle blowers are reported being targeted or sidelined. This shows real gap between HR policy and practice, and that employees may not feel comfortable reporting misconduct or discrimination....Read More
