Webchat Dept. in chennai . Too much politics.. People licking management's shoes gets promoted to higher levels , where as the hardworkers stay in the same level and management tries to ditch them . Drug usage , alchaloic managers are allowed inside the office and when someone raises questions , they try and somehow get them fired. And they don't give a shit about employees personal life

There is nothing to like about the company, everyday of my life here felt like a punishment, I suffered from depression due to the toxic managers who are more of hooligans than managers.

Everyday was a punishment, my physical health, my mental health, my colleagues would all agree, people were blackmailed, forced to work for long long hours, the managers would never think twice before shouting, insulting the staff and all the managers from top management supported them. Work-life balance is the one thing that I like most in NatWest Group.

Dislikes

The scope of my responsibilities has grown significantly over time, but I feel that my compensation hasn’t been adjusted accordingly. With added tasks and higher expectations, I believe my salary should better reflect the increased workload and contributions I’m making to the team.

They try to invest in new technology. They work as one team, India teams are not treated separately.

Dislikes

Many people only talk and get promoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

Work life balance, fair enforcement of policies and no limits for learning, skill building and growth.

Above mentioned may vary based on the manager you are working with. All things may be limited to the people who are favourite but this is very rare.
