What ever the hike you will get at the time of joining that the only truth. HR will make false promises for appraisal hike but appraisal is not good what HR have told. Nothing, work life balance is terrible as company expects its employees to work for more than 9 hours and even more so the management doesn’t welcome good ideas for minimising the working with effective skills and tools. The management of finance department don’t want to change the orthodox working and treat their employees as unskilled employees.

Everything, I thought the company is a people company and would treat its employees as part of family because they always say that we all employees are a part of one big family. But they don’t believe in this statement, I wish employees could take a stand and talk about their stress or feelings more often but there isn’t any platform which welcomes this type of initiative. Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

About NAGARRO , company is going down day by day . Already appraisals are postponed by 6 months and not they have declined org bonus as well to be paid to employees. In the name of increment, penny amount of hardly 3-5% is giving. Bench strength is increasing day by day . Silent layoffs are happening for people who are on bench for more than 6 months

Worst company i have worked till today. Zero support for laterals and they will remove you from projects even if you work day and night. Hr won't listen you until you resign.

Dislikes

Initially they feel you like its a best company but once you are in a project things will be totally different. They can remove you from projects doesn't matter how much effort you put. Please avoid this company.

Nagarro provides remote job for some projects. Also tax declaration process is also good. You can opt for Carporate nps, and many more. Leave policies are also good.

Bench is hell. Allocation process is really terrible. There are dry promotions mostly and hike in salary is like only tax increased not inhand salary. In the name of organizational bonus they did salary cut i.e. 3% of fixed component. Most of Clients projects have old techstack. No work life balance due to bad clients. They fired most of employees while market was down.

Company as nagarro is good, but the T24 management team is not good . Please don't listen to their fake promises and spoil your future opportunity. There are some ppl they will spoil your future if you trust them. So think 1000 time before accepting any offer.
