Right now only one thing is good that is wfh and that too only for some people

...leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries

About NAGARRO , company is going down day by day . Already appraisals are postponed by 6 months and not they have declined org bonus as well to be paid to employees. In the name of increment, penny amount of hardly 3-5% is giving. Bench strength is increasing day by day . Silent layoffs are happening for people who are on bench for more than 6 months

Salary on time. Gifts on Diwali or new year. Annual party at company level- Jalsa

Managers are incompetent in managing clients along with team. Always puts pressure on team members even if the request from client is unreasonable. Supports long working hours. If raised complaint for toxic work culture, nothing happens. HR is just puppet of the management. Policies do not work with you. Even they have a policy if you are treated bad at work but nothing works out. But yes, if against you policies works very well. Just gave resources to clients and other vendors like outsourcing. Managers do not support team members when needed. Always puts junior resource in front when any escalation happens.

...the want .choose your company wisely .I made a mistake by choosing this comoany.They will hire you for good salary and then suddenly tell you that client is rude and can abuse you.They took small projects and after that they will fire you.they will not look into your feedback once you complete your project and sit on bench for one week.If you have responsibilities at home dont choose this company.You have to attend unnecessary meeting on bench where their ceo will regret about the layoff.So choose the company not the money.

Good salary package compare to other similar type of companies.

It's more like a Staffing company , can not compare with actual service based companies. All the care about is how employees can be billed. You can't plan your career as there is worst process for climbing the career ladder. So people even with 11+ years experience are working as Developers (Individual contributors) and even sometimes 15+ as well. They have more small projects where you always have to be in a rush to catch up the deadline. There is a serious WLB problem as well. There is no process, company works on one man authority and random decision like sometimes cancellation of mandatory holidays, salary deductions and many more.
