Dislikes
Upper Management doesn't appreciate hard work and appraisals and promotions are very bad. Women get a lot of undue advantage and favors. Policies change all the time according to their will which is nothing but a way to deduct money from your pay. Company doesn't provide laptop you have to use your personal laptop and they don't even provide allowance for that.

First time I went inside the office when I was called for an interview referred by one of my close friends, thing I saw on the notice board "WE ARE A FAMILY".Trust me..... we really are. Working here doesn't even feel like im working only to get paid. It feels like im sitting in my room , checking my emails. I hear stories about 4/5guys who started this unique buisiness. How they put all they had in them. I hear that they used to work like 12-14 hrs a day, often slept in the office even. I know those guys,don't wanna mention their names here.
