Since it is public place we are not getting any business so the our ceo got and another company of textiles on that we are doing door to door sales and somehow we are working difficulty.

Skill development - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Here it is workers are in different workfields but we are forcing to do door to door marketing without any safety measures from company.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Bad
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Door to door marketing of sanitizers , face mask ,etc and i feel it is not safe to go out there due to covid-19.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
