Very bad experience with MSC Technology India Pvt. Ltd. All the policies made by Indian management are not employee friendly. Few example policies mentioning below, 1) Recently they extended the notice period 3 month to 6 month in the name of bonus and appraisal. That means if the employee wishes to accept annual bonus or salary revision based on the annual performance appraisal, he/she must agree to work another 6 months. Additionally there is a notice period of months. This could mean that you will be trapped in this company without considerable salary hike. The annual appraisal too is based on office politics. 2) Dress code policy (always required to wear full sleeve light color shirts, otherwise you will be fired. Not allowed to wear casual dress at least Friday. ) 3) Sandwich leave policy - If you take leave on Friday and Monday for any sick or any important functions in your life also, it will comes LOP for 4 days. If any one is going to join MSC India Chennai or Bangaluru location, please check with HR and clarify these policies. HR is very tricky person and they will not tell these kind of information. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
